We provide admissions guidance for international applicants to postgraduate Master's programmes in the UK. We do not charge students a fee for these services.

3. Immigration and Visa Disclaimer

Pathfind Education Ltd is not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and does not provide immigration or visa advice, assistance, or representation as defined by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

We do not advise on visa eligibility or documentation. Applicants requiring visa support may be referred to partner institutions or authorised third parties. Any such engagement is separate from Pathfind Education Ltd and we are not responsible for visa outcomes.

4. User Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring all provided information and documents are accurate, complete and genuine. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion for non-cooperation, breach, or misuse, with no liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, tools (including the 8-point self-check), and guides are the intellectual property of Pathfind Education Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited, this includes commercial use and redistribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Admission decisions are made solely by educational institutions. Pathfind Education Ltd makes no guarantees regarding offers, outcomes, or timelines.
